I'm an operations leader who's happiest when the people around me are winning. I've stepped into struggling markets, rebuilt the basics and helped teams feel proud of where they work again.
I also love a launch: new stores, new menus, new systems. Getting a whole team ready for something new is my favorite kind of day.
